Making room for guests
Being a lazy bone i don't like guests coming over and over again adding up my work load. I know i sound rude but i can be honest here atleast :( My husband being a total social animal i had to mold myself accordingly. And keeping his guests happy and comfy i made sure i learn this art too.
Till now my fave guests have been my in laws and this is how i surprised them.

Welcome note:
I really wanted to make them feel real special and began with a welcome note on bed a with a three piece soap box. It do not cost a dime to pen down how happy you are to have your guests at home.

Bedding:
Bedding is also the most important part to make your guest dig inside the coziness. I pick up the duvet sets with shams and extra pillow from Bed bath and beyond.
Snacks and utility baskets:
Just to make sure they dont have to ask for minor and basic requirements i put up all the requirements right next to their bed making them free to gtab them at anytime.

Below is the detail of each baskets;
Utilities
- Mouth care: toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss, or floss picks, mouth wash
- Personal: deodorant, tampons & pads, personal wipe packs
- Body care: soap, body wash, lotion
- Hair care: shampoo, conditioner, gel, hair spray, comb & brush, hair bands, shower cap. I have them a lot from hotels i stay.

Frequent Use Bathroom Items:
- Small tissue pack
- Floss picks & breath freshening strips
- Extra toilet paper roll
- Optional: extra pads or tampons
Something Extra
- Throws & quilts: over living room chairs for people who are always cold.
- Living room floor pillows or throw pillows: for sprawlers who like to sit on the floor
- Small fans in bedrooms: for overnight guests who are always too hot.
- Layered bedding: Provide at least two different pillow types, some like them fluffy and big, others prefer less fluff. Layer bedding types for those who like to sleep under a sheet, those who prefer a fluffy comforter, and a flannel throw over the foot of the bed for the constantly cold sleeper.
